  • Deposit
    A 1/3 (33.3%) Deposit is required at time of contract and is non-refundable without a 10 day confirmed notice.
    Rain Dates are possible if equipment is available.
  • Delivery
    All items listed are to be delivered. Pick-Ups Not Available at this time.
    Delivery charges are based on zip code of delivery address. They are added to the cost of the rental. Basic delivery charge is for door to door delivery. Items will be stacked within 75 feet from the truck. There is an extra charge for longer walk, stairs, late pickup/delivery and elevator use.
  • Deck Installs
    Our tents will look great on any deck, and adds an extra room to any house! During cold nights, with one of our portable heaters, it adds a great outdoor atmosphere.

  • Damage Insurance Waiver
    Automatically added to rental contracts, to cover accidental damage, not loss, items must be returned. A full explanation is on back of contract.
  • Customer Information
    Drivers License and Credit Card information is needed for all rentals. Add 7% damage insurance waiver and 7% N.J. sales tax.
