Terms & Conditions

  • Deposit
    - A 50% deposit is required at time of contract to consider any rented equipment reserved for your event. The deposit is non-refundable without a 10 day confirmed notice.
    - Rain Dates are possible if equipment is available.
  • Delivery Charges
    - All items for your order are to be delivered. Pick-Ups of our equipment are not available at this time.
    - Delivery charges are based on the zip code of the delivery address. They are added to the cost of the equipment rental. Items will be stacked within 75 feet from the truck. There is an extra charge for longer walk, stairs, late pickup/delivery and elevator use.
  • Fees for Installations on Decks/Pavement
    - Our tents will look great on any deck, however, water barrels may be a necessity to weight down your tent and to assure stability against wind. ** Deck installs also require an on-site estimate. **

    Each Barrel - $15.00
  • Damage Insurance Waiver (7%)
    - Automatically added to rental contracts to cover accidental damage, not loss. Items must be returned. A full explanation is on back of your contract.
  • Customer Information
    - Credit Card information is needed for all rentals. Add 7% damage insurance waiver and add 7% N.J. sales tax to cost of all equipment rentals.
